Incidentally, knowing yourself has precisely zero to do with the character you play with a name you were given at birth...

Put everything aside... including religious, cultural and political indoctrination. ALL of it. Get quiet. Observe the eternal observer within yourself.

Listening to a satsang by Ramana Maharshi, Papaji or Mooji until you "get it" can be a viable pointing for some... especially when you hear them honoring and respecting Christ. Most wonder breads won't even give it a chance tho... because they're afraid to admit they got conned early on and never reevaluated as an adult - that's of course just the non-bigots.
