The assertion is correct and valid. It is known that the vax causes damaged endothelial cells in the blood vessels. This triggers further damage perhaps through plaque which restricts blood flow. Eventually one ends up with muscle damage to the heart and reduced pumping ability. The pilots will end up with shortness of breath and reduced ability to carry oxygen. Thus when you go to altitude you cannot breathe as well and the heart muscles do not get enough oxygen. And then a heart attack.

An interim solution will be that pilots will have to get on oxygen masks, but that is not a good longterm thing because too much pure oxygen over longer terms causes cell damage too.

A better way to use ECG to screen would be to put testee on reduced oxygen flow (lower air pressure in masks) and observe heart response to this. They do not normally ever do this. Testing needs to be at altitude conditions. But maybe they are either too incompetent to do this or too afraid of what it reveals. I sure wonder what they are doing in the military, it will affect combat pilots. Imagine pulling some Gs then having a heart attack. We know some pilots have had them.
