"ma...uh... this is my UK military... wait tll you see... hear what I share"
At 1:53, quoting the text sent to her, she says (reads)
major general william walker announced, live, on morning news, in front of the ring fence DC, on the 3rd Monday of January, Martin Luther King day, we are here to provide a smooth transition to military power.
But he doesn't say that at all. He says the smooth transition OF military power.

In the full interview, Walker says he is there to assist the police force, and the secret service. "we're trained for civil disturbance.."
Walker was at the time commander in chief and other roles with "the Joint Forces Headquarters, Washington, District of Columbia" since 2012 (Obama administration era).
Who controls Washington? Does anyone believe that a Washington based commander for more than 8 years would be anything but a swamp rat?
Another interview on the same day confirms that he and what he's doing is exactly what it looks like: taking care of Washington National Guard for the (fraudulent) "transition of power" from the Trump Administration to the Biden (illegitimate) administration, aka "Inauguration security".

But those who latch on to Halper's claims here are doing nothing but repeating the hype that surrounded those days, when so many who knew "the inside scoop" said that in fact the military was taking over, and that all that stuff was just for show, etc, because now the military is going to put the black hats down.
To me, this directly calls into question Halper's claims, because the simple statement of the Washington (Swamp central) top military commander said "smooth transition OF military power" and yet, its presented as "To military power".
Prior to this, she reads (quote): "“air vice marshal paul godfrey went live 2021 to announce UK space force and the military global alliance is very real with the Russians doing the hard uplifting.”
No corroboration is provided. "live in 2021 to announce" What does that mean?
Spurious, imo.

I think its easy enough to postulate that after Trump establishing US Space force, that Uk Space force was later created and that there is a deeper alliance at work here (behind the scenes), but the notion that somehow "the military" took over at the time of the Biden inauguration seems to have no basis except in theory (aka no tangible or verifiable evidence).
HOWEVER, if Devolution continuity of government was implemented BEFORE the inauguration of Biden, it would mean that certain powers of the executive (potus) were devolved so that Biden in his position no longer has those powers, and that those powers are being held by military segments during the devolution phase until the legitimate government can be reconstituted.
But twisting Walker's words to say "transition TO military power" when clearly they are not, well, we've seen that sort of spin and clickbait mongering before. I don't buy it, myself.

Personally, I have ZERO doubt that Trump implemented some sort of devolution and that there are many things behind the scenes, BUT I see out there all sorts of people who - in my view - abuse that situation in order to raise hopium-fed followings and self benefit by spouting all sorts of things that some people would like to hear, and I contrast those with people who actually do the opposite: aka encourage people to research, investigate, think for themselves, apply healthy logical and skepticism, and up front emphasize when speculation is pure speculation, in order to NOT mislead others.
Many of our favorite insiders I put in the former class - Juan 07, Rodriguez, Stew Peters, Charlie whatsisiname, etc. I put Patel Patriot in the latter class.
Halpers association with all those shysters (my view) is a pretty big blotch on her stories. At best, I think she's a mixed bag and I'm not interested in the pure "belief" approach that a lot of her assertions seem to require.
