Think of an IRS agent and a corporate tax lawyer. A tax lawyer will know about about taxes and audits and help companies deal with the IRS, but they do not work for the IRS.

C. He has not had a long career.

His tech career seemed to last 13 years from Jun 1990 to Sep 2003.

He hasn't had a tech job since then according to his Linked in.
