At the Rossija Segodnja media group event and in other media appearances, Johan Bäckman has revealed the intentions of Finland and NATO/USA. One of these intentions was, among other things, that the United States was going to set up secret bioweapons-laboratories in Finland.

Government of Finland is preparing law changes that would violate freedom of speech in Finland and would make Bäckman's allegations criminal.
