What I want to know is where everyone is coming from. I’ve seen this happen in other places in the U.S. as well, and even in South America.

It seems like any group that’s established is being displaced. It doesn’t matter who the group is, just that whoever lived there is destabilized.

What I want to know is how are they doing this? What groups are moving all these people around? This is not a small operation.

I can say this. If you see a massive apartment building going up in your area, that’s where they’re putting everyone - at least to get started. We had several built, then suddenly the entire locale changed within little more than a year. Who’s managing it all, though? Are there financial incentives? Are they actively funded? Are they from the same place as a lift and shift, or are they being brought in from all over?
