We all 'know' that the Horn of Africa poses a deadly threat to the USA.
I know, I know, it is really the Red Sea that the USA wants to dominate, and the Horn is handy for that. Something, something - the decades-old Israeli agenda to dig an alternative to the Suez canal, since they are still butt-hurt over losing that fight (1956).
However, Djibouti, especially is very dangerous to citizens of the USA /s:
