Agreed. I think the Greek mythology of Prometheus gifting man fire is a pagan story of the truth man probably passed down verbally and telephone-game style for millennia after the Flood: we were given knowledge by an Advanced Being. We know it to be God, but man becoming pagan corrupted the truth to fit their narratives.

Doesn't change the fact there's still seed of truth to the story, though.
