As Lt. Governor, Elenis Kounalakis is the head of the State Senate. The State Senate has been refusing to turn over records in response to LORA (the CA legislator's equivalent of FOIA) requests, including records regarding oaths. The little they have provided has been redacted so that you can't tell if the people actually took the oaths or not. The dates have not been redacted and the majority of the oaths are already expired.
