I brought up in group conversation recently that it really comes down to LOVE or FEAR. What is your driver?
Recognizing and or realizing LOVE as fundamental to a healthy, natural (Godlike) nature we extend the LOVE into all we do. We SERVE humanity (God's Creation because we LOVE. Seeking TRUTH about all things and assisting others to seek it/find it becomes our highest calling. "TRUTH shall set you free".
On the other hand FEAR likely born of TRAUMA limits our ability to LOVE. FEAR causes selfish and greed behavior to compensate for the restricted flow of LOVE through us.
I've heard it reported that Jesus said "DO NOT FEAR", "DON'T BE AFRAID" some 365 times. Yet most are driven by FEAR.
Remaining silent, truncating the flow, pursuing distractions and the superficial, hedonistic addictions, are all expressions of FEAR.
COURAGE is giving while FEAR is withholding.
