One could argue that his first term was “partial” due to sabotage. Or also argue that his “2nd term” 2021-2025 was “partial” due to fraud. I think fraud possibly nullifies and vacates the whole 2021-25 period and makes it a “no President period” as will likely be 2009-2017 (Obama, noncitizen) and 1913-1921 (Wilson, foreign agent) after those get vacated as well (assuming Presidential Immunity gets stripped).

Note that if Wilson gets vacated IRS & FR completely wiped as well as most of the legal basis for Social Security, Medicare, and 90% of FDR’s New Deal. BTW, FDR served in Wilson administration as Asst. Secty of Navy.
