A homeless person we know in Portland has been given a "free' apartment for a year. 🧐🧐 At one point during the covid stuff they paid him for some Aids testing. We suspect that they are making fentanyl really available for the people who accepted the free housing. We believe they are probably doing other types of testing on these people in their apartments, that the people aren't aware is being done to them. Nothing good is FREE...I would be willing to bet the horrible, contagious illness...is intentional, and likely being spread by the free apartment provider types.
