If you were a Deep State/Foreign Power controlled nation where that foreign power was using in-country criminals to terrorize its own citizens, how do you get “breathing space” to take back your sovereignty? You incentivize those criminals to go to the US, the foreign power, to publicly exacerbate the “open borders”.

Then you take control of your nation without those criminals available to cause riots and color revolutions. Foreign power “foot soldiers” not available, so nationalists can win elections without orchestrated “opposition” and violence.

Then you build prisons and infrastructure and non corrupt justice system for when the US deports them back to you without direct interference by the foreign power because they are pre-occupied with a “migrant invasion” and associated crises. [El Salvador, Venezuela, Argentina model relative to interfering US foreign power, imo]
