My husband is a financial advisor so he’s familiar enough to say the War policy is typical and the cyberattack relates to loss of money through a cyberattack and that’s a separate policy usually. Seems strange to me that they recently made these changes if they are common.
I’m ready to call their insurance agency to clarify what the heck they are saying because it sounds like they won’t cover you if you get injured during WW3, which may take place in your kitchen in Ohio on your day off from work which isn’t a military job. That’s just the first line. A)War in the US, B)guessing it’s if you say or write something controversial they won’t support you, C)Won’t pay for a cyberattack. Btw it is a huge insurance agency at cinfin.com. Given the caveats all agencies have, it would be a likely if they KNEW, these things were on the horizon that they would exclude their company.
