It discusses how IVM is great for the gut, but IVM can't cross the blood-brain barrier.
However, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole CAN cross the barrier and will eliminate mood altering parasites from the brain. Apparently lots of these parasites can affect our mood and provoke Schizophrenia, Alzheimers, Anxiety, Depression, Homosexuality, Suicidal thoughts, etc.

Ivermectin does not pass through the blood-brain barrier and so has no effect on parasites which have entered the brain. Even though it is the most effective anti-helminth on the market, it has no effect on fungal parasites. If you believe you are infected with a fungus, consider fenbendazole, which treats both helminths and fungus. If you gain temporary relief from fenbendazole or ivermectin, but your symptoms keep recurring, it is possible your central nervous system has been infected. Mebendazole will
bypass the blood-brain barrier to treat such infections.
I think you are on the right track to success. Heavy parasite infections need multiple treatments to knock out all the life stages of the parasites.
