Almost all of them are not praying faithfully then. Or maybe more faithful people are praying for them to stay sick? My church does this regularly.

But, it is true that this is not always enough. God may decide that even his faithful should die/suffer, and if so, that's what happens. Prayer is still the only medicine that can work, admittedly it doesn't always.
