In my family, one person argued their case and convinced several others to take a similar position to remain unvaxxed, so that management backed down and left everyone alone. Since then, several colleagues have admitted they should never have had a jab. So that was a win,

Another person had one jab, a bad reaction, and quit the job to find a better-paying one. The old company have since gone down the tubes, because he was the person holding it all together for them. Another win.

Another person had one jab, got really sick, and was fired for failing to show up to work, (cough McDonalds) and has since broken up with their partner as a result of bills remaining un-paid. Sorry would not be good enough for that one. And, the company in question have since begged for her return, but guess what? Not happening. She is OK now, thanks for asking.
