Writing is in the wall. They’re laying the ground work to allow the govt to force/ encourage homeless and illegals to cohabitate with tenants and owners.

What can go wrong with this when eviction laws prevent you from forcing out an unwanted guest if they don’t want to go. Health, privacy, theft issues come to mind also. How about going to work but your 16 year old daughter is forced to stay home alone for remote school.
This is just a bad idea.
