The banks want people to do online banking. Hence less physical branches. I have not gone to my bank branch in 5 or 6 years. I don't trust online banking. However, it was when I was using atms drive ups and going into my bank, that I had a bank fraud problem of a South American charging my account for several airline tickets. Seems a gamble no matter what path
