Agreed. Since apparently we're ignoring the 'cruel and unusual punishment clause' of the 8th Amendment and the 'impartial jury' clause of the 6th Amendment in the case of the Jan. 6'ers , it should be OK for the FBI Violators of the 4th to be exempt from these as well.
