This is definitely BS. First off, they have adjusted the numbers down a month or so after they release them every time. I wish that I had saved an article that I read that pointed out that over 90% of those "new" jobs went to people of color. Only about 7% went to whites. Additionally, we still haven't even recovered the jobs that were lost due to the covid scam. These numbers are meaningless BS from everything that I have learned.
