I'm on the mend today I think. Step one, avoid the jabs. Step 2, lots of water and cowboy cough syrup at night. 😑
I'm to the point I really only see doctors for the mechanical things (broken bones, torn ligaments, etc). They're good at fixing mechanical things. But last time I went in for a cough that was keeping me from restful sleep, they wanted to fill me with narcotic syrup, give me a mean 14 day antibiotic, and tried to convince me to take the vax and boosters. I noped out of there and their suggestions. I can take care of myself better at home, for most things.
It's maddening.
