Because thanks to Hur, AG Garlands Special Prosecutor tasked with investigating Biden's handling of documents, we just learned that a whole BINDER of notes Joe made during CLASSIFIED briefings with President Obama went MISSING while Joe was on a vacay in the Hamptons.
This caused people to start speculating about which Obama era CLASSIFIED Presidential briefing topics and Joes made handwritten notes about, were in that LOST binder.
Many suggested/hoped they included Joes notes made during the well known Oval Office Russia Hoax Brennan Spygate/Russia Hoax briefings, and discussions that VP Biden attended.
Some pointed out the shocking references to these Oval Office Russia Hoax Briefing Meetings made in real time text convos between FBI Spygate Lovers Peter Strozck and Lisa Page
And, fwiw, THAT missing binder of VP Joes notes still hasn't been found.
In fact, no one in the DOJ/FBI seems to have ANY idea where it is.
