Yes but wait, that's not the same kind of zipper, though. That's like a fashion zipper, the other one is actually a zipper and a hook in order to make an invisible zipper. I'm not a fast expert so I can't say definitively but I've never seen a zipper like that in the back of a dress. As for the boobs, the dress would just be built relatively bulky up top, notice how she just has the fabric of the dress tucked under her over carriage.
