isn't it the job of the banks to send out an assessor or realtor to assess the value of the property BEFORE they give a loan out?? so, how is this Trumps fault? the bank is the one that should be held accountable for any loans given out.

we know Trump paid everything back. but there should be records showing that the bank did assess it and what his property was valued at, at the time of the loans. this is a shit show.
