I did and understand it but am super skeptical of this beyond MK Ultra type programming or of course the lightly touched upon mind-nero type interphase. I spent 2 decades working with mentally ill people and vets and saw all sorts of chemicals and some minor electrical stimulus used. But blocking out “mental will” totally, I just don’t think we’re there yet. And I’m stressing yet since just we two are talking deeper. Though, though…. if Elon’s Nero-Link or like system was used for evil….then I could see some of the items in the article coming together to really control people, almost like a droid. And now yes, that’s scary stuff. I hope I’m long dead before that becomes any sort of a warfare or “societal norm”. Yes, some things have been and are being nefariously tested, but right now it’s so hard to decide/know what is really being done, vs “loose theory” being done. That’s just where I am personally as I continue around the many rabbit holes.
