I think humans are designed to be antifragile when it comes to diet. You can eat almost anything (within reason) and your body will try to extract some nourishment from it.
I've kind of lost track but it's about 45 years for me no meat/fish/turkey/etc. Back in the 1970s I received serious warnings from doctors and concerned friends but long term it has not changed my general health I feel fine.
I can't stress this enough - I believe you should make your own diet choices. Your body will tell you what it needs. Don't let it be dictated to you by religion, politics, social pressure, or plain desire to give Klaus the middle finger. Oh and stay away from obvious junk fake processed food.
