Deuteronomy 2:9 and 19 talks of land that God told them not to disturb for he had given it to the descendants of Lot. (Moabites and Ammonites). They most assuredly conquered the land from King Sihon and King Og however the Israelites didn't disobey God and raze the cities in the land he just told them not to touch.
