What are you attempting to show here? This seems to be the Adjust Time on your computer screen? This would show the time on your computer, not the time of the image itself.

Did you screenshot the image and then take separate screenshots for the time? What was your process here?

On Windows you can find the image in your file folder, right click and select Properties and it will give the the created date and modified date for the image.
