What you need to take into account is the multiple ways that various pieces of evidence or facts can be interpreted, and then to balance them and account for them.

I mean, seriously.

My car is shot. Does this mean someone took a pistol and unloaded into my car?

be shot
1. To be physically, mentally, or emotionally exhausted.
After two hours in the gym and another hour swimming, I was shot by the time I got home.
I'm already pretty shot from writing essays, and I still have another one to write for tomorrow.
2. To be in a bad condition or totally destroyed.
I wish I could have the repairs finished sooner, but I'm afraid your engine's shot.
Between dealing with mounting debt, my four children, and my recent divorce, my nerves are pretty shot at the moment.
3. To be filmed.
The surprise independent hit was shot on a budget of less than $100,000.
4. Of resources, money, etc., to be wasted, spent, or used up.
I can't believe my entire budget for a week in Las Vegas was shot in the first day!

So, choose whether you believe DJT is (for what reason?) saying that Biden has been executed by firing squad (or some other form of death via fire arm, or maybe bow and arrow? Maybe by "lethal injection"), or choose to consider the very common place, broad and easily interpretable "be shot" idiom, in use for decades if not the better part of a century. But at least acknowledge that you are making a choice, and don't simply ignore one because it contradicts your biases or existing beliefs.

Or consider both possibilities, consider which one fits your bias, ask yourself whether your bias is preventing you from considering any alternative perspective.

It is a key and core factor in the "this is not Biden" narrative that the large majority of proponents refuse to apply critical thinking from all dimensions, attach to emotionally satisfying explanations DESPITE contradicting evidence and reasoning. In other words, they choose to believe because it makes them comfortable.

You might consider if this is the case in your case, or something else.

Another feature of the proponents of this narrative is their way of engaging. Like the OP of the first comment: "If you don't agree with my view, you are stupid."

or when an anon simply asks for some sauce with regards to a claim (e..g I have never heard the assertion that Biden's grand-daughter claims he is dead), then it gets downvoted. I mean, kek.

Why do proponents always pursue the rhetorical victory?

"Trump said he's shot. end of story".

It's immature, its not rational, and its unworthy of the Great Awakening. None of us are perfect, but we should, at a minimum, be able to reflect on our own reasoning and apply some critical thinking, wouldn't you agree?
