When was the last time any of us saw a "Kill Notice" by the MSM on any article ? I dont remember seeing any such thing until now.

Maybe after all this is a FU from Kate. Perhaps she is now in witness protection with the kids.

Update: Catherine has apparently apologised for photoshopping the picture and in the process continues the trolling that she is alive and well and throwing the ball in the MSM's court as to why they rushed to kill the photo so quickly without checking ?
