That aside now having seen the picture, I wonder how clots that big even fit inside of their heart. All I have for scale to go off of is the tools in the tray and the human heart is not much bigger than your first to begin with.

I think they both increase the chance of getting blood clots, just covid does so more than the covid vaccine. Most of the side effects of the vaccine are the same as the primary effects of covid, just milder. That's because the vaccine has a piece of covid in it, but the instantaneous quantity in the body is smaller than that of an infection because there's no actual virus in the vaccine, so there's no replication.

Cope harder, nobody was dying of blood clots back in 2020 before the jabs came out.
