Literally true. Per the Constitution, you only get two full terms; even we who love, honor and cherish Trump don't actually think he gets three terms without an amendment. Also, no way does he get the blame for "Biden's" shit-show.
So, since he obviously IS running in 2024, the only logical conclusion is that he isn't "president" right now. This is a GOOD thing.
And, to support this observation, recall that he was never INAUGURATED, which is required of all incoming and re-elected presidents. Gotta swear the oath of office for the upcoming term; the prior swearing-in expired at noon, Jan. 20, 2021.
