I went looking back at the flight patterns at all three locations. The earliest seems to have been in Melbourne Florida (on the east coast), maybe two years ago. In looking closer at the area... lo-&-behold! There's a Space Force Base just north of there. Patrick Space Force Base. Could they be using the aviation survey company to test out some new technology? Trying it locally then at two locations on the west coast of Florida? Curiouser and curiouser.....

Edit: The Melbourne flight originated in MLB, but was actually north of there, east of Titusville, Florida and over Merritt Island. Guess what's on Merritt Island? The Space Florida Launch and Landing Facility.
