The way they get around hiring "illegals" is that they are hiring Asylees and parolees who have received their work authorization cards.

These people are not technically in the country Illegally. The issue is they are paroling everyone into the country through the border checkpoints.

It has however been my experience that only the Parolees from Cuba and Haiti are receiving welfare benefits and work authorization cards.

Asylum seekers do not get immediate asylee status, it takes years for them to get through the court system to receive the Asylee status.

Refugees are a whole other category of immigrants and I didn't touch on that population. To be honest the number of refugees being admitted is significantly dwarfed by the number of Cuban Parolees coming into the country under this administration.
