Vote NO. House members have to do their job. Move to table until the bill is read aloud in its entirety on the House floor. If We The People are to be screwed over by a 1.2Trillion spending bill, we can at least have the entirety of it read aloud to us so that we all can hear for ourselves what is in it, even if we cannot provide instruction to our Rep regarding it.
In front of the world watching, I am instructing you, Rep. Kevin Hern, my Rep.
Vote NO.
Edit. Just sent this instruction to my Rep.

Would encourage those who care to do so also to their Rep.
Where's the House Hearing on this?
Update. My Rep voted No.
What did your Rep. do?
11:45:38 AM H. Res. 1102 On motion to suspend the rules and agree to the resolution Agreed to by the Yeas and Nays: (2/3 required): 286 - 134 (Roll no. 102). 10:11:17 AM H. Res. 1102 DEBATE - The House proceeded with forty minutes of debate on H. Res. 1102.
It was actually 60 minutes of debate split between Democrats, Republicans, and Dissent (Those Opposed). Chip Roy (R-TX) controlled the time for those opposed (there were many) and did a great job.
This was the rigged Business As Usual (BAU) with the new part being the dissent pointing out much of the rigging unconstitutional methods in real time. An Awakening.
Chip Roy now speaking on the House Floor.
