This certainly looks like an intentional hit from a few of the videos. Maybe Blackhats trying to keep the pedo stuff out of the news. Maybe a foreign aggressor & act of war, maybe Whitehats doing what was needed to hinder DC travel.

Not sure who or why it was done at this point, though it looks very intentional from those videos.
