I don't think that was a government vwhicle. Don't all government vehicles have an EX on the lisence place to indicate they are exempt from tax?

Maybe I completely misunderstand the reasoning for those plates. I guess undercover cops wouldn't have those plates, are these guys claiming they are undercover FBI.

Local Leo's should be notified & given that vehicles plate number. Let them go question those guys & determine what is really going on.
