BTW just for fun, the phrase "hell to pay", originally "devil to pay", refers to someone who makes a deal with Satan and pays the price later (gives the devil his due). Heaven doesn't get paid in this scenario :D

Substituting the antonym "heaven to pay" is actually an accidental misuse of the word heaven, even though it's obviously well intended and not objectionable :)
