BTW just for fun, the phrase "hell to pay", originally "devil to pay", refers to someone who makes a deal with Satan and pays the price later. Substituting the antonym "heaven to pay" is actually an accidental misuse of the word heaven, even though it's obviously well intended and not objectionable :)
