Thank you for your testimony. I experienced something similar since last year as well. I've always been note blind and tone deaf or off beat since young and now I'm able to create new tunes and rhymes while praying in the Holy Spirit. My lifestyle has also changed such as fasting, quitting drinking, doing lion diet. I've started reading the Bible regularly and my husband and I pray together constantly. We became more patient and compassionate beings. I find myself becoming a crybaby while I spent the better half of my life never really being able to cry at all. I can feel the immense love of God in me and everything changes in us due to wanting to feel closer to Jesus and it is happening effortlessly due to the fear of God as well. I really wish I can tell addicts these things. God will shed your old skin away like if you're addicted to something and you won't need to rely on your own strength but through the love and fear of God and He is able to replace those things with much better things so you won't even miss your old life.
I understand the idea of living water. We're all the woman in the well, constantly searching for true love and always hunger and thirst, but we will never be able to find perfection in another human being. God, Holy Spirit renew our spirit and energy on a daily basis and give us new hope and love, never abandoning us. We'd never be truly satisfied or feel full inside unless we have the Holy Spirit or can be in touch with Him. .Hence, many suffer from depression when they're not in touch with their Holy Spirit.
Jesus was able to turn 4 fish and 3 bread to feed thousands, His math and our math is different. He works the same way in our lives. Multiplying our blessings when we least expected it, sending people to help us when we have no way out, working miracles in our lives even when we feel we don't deserve it, and He doesn't like to owe anybody. Do good in your life with unconditional love and love thy neighbors. God will always repay you in His own way.
As for yesterday's eclipse, I got an epiphany or teaching from above. I realized the hardest person to forgive is ourselves. Our own regrets, guilt, disappointments, shoulda woulda coulda..these aspects haunt us, create obstacles in our lives. I was thinking how I have forgiven everyone in my life.. even the likes of Hillary and Pelosi, I'm willing to forgive. But myself, I think people tend to overlook that and forget. Forgive yourself, leave the past behind (don't be like Lot's wife), and sin no more. I also had a good dream last night for the first time in awhile. I dreamt I was sitting down with an older wise man and He was teaching me things but I don't remember what they are now. It was just a nice dream.
