Can you imagine what the pieces are worth? This isn't the legendary corporate raider Ivan Boesky moving in on an airline or something. There's other companies out there that will buy commercial aircraft or whatever. But, these supposed public media companies, they go on the block, what are they going to sell, a bunch of betamax VCR recorders and some microphones? They don't do journalism, they are literally presstitutes. I would literally offer 50 grand for NPR and 100 grand for PBS. I worked my entire paltry, worthless journalism career in radio and TV And absolutely without question, I bet you I wouldn't be out bid, ha
Journalism organizations are all people, that's why when, like, Viacom bought CBS they ensured that they had the all the top talent and talking heads locked up in long-term contracts because that's how you value the company, it's just the relationship with the CIA and the on TV personalities and other assorted hair pieces
