So I found this and seems like Talmud was written from the Babylonia period. Clearly God is very angry with them and He sent Jesus to earth for the New Testament. Hence, the first miracle Jesus performed was turning water into wine. This is very important because Jesus said you need to put new wine into new wineskin hinting the teachings of the old can be preserved as historical records but not to be practiced and you cannot mix the new and the old. We drink the new wine and must be held in new wineskin (mindset and rules), throwing away the old teachings God was so displeased with.
