That’s an easy one:

• Boil the spinach with some leeks.
• keep the broth: best snack ever!
• mix cream, lard, an egg, pepper and grated cheese (eventually add a bit of curry, garlic or whatever herb you like)
• add the vegetables
• cover with some more grated cheese
