i'm pretty sure US citizens that live in Commiefornia, were or are still, not allowed to take long showers, have to choose between running their dishwasher, etc. so, no, you illegal pieces of shit do NOT get to dictate how long your showers are.

a friend of mine who has a home in Woodland Park, CO was told by her neighbor, that she was not allowed to water a tree that she had planted. said it takes away from the water from the people who live below them. she also said they are not allowed to set buckets out when it rains and use that rain water to water her tree the next day.
