What pisses me off is why do people just stand idly by and witness this shit? Did not 1 person get up and say, hey dude, what the fuck is this?

Do people see shit that should easily be questioned and then immediately become immobilized or something?

So many videos of this type of shit too and everyone just stands there silently. Like fucking do something. No offense to you OP. But this shit needs to be questioned IRL and it needs to be normalized for these people to be approached with "What the fuck is this? Mind explaining?"

The reason they can do this shit is because assholes just sit there and stare without disrupting or anything. Everyone has an obligation/duty to stop this shit in it's tracks when they have the opportunity. Idk, I guess I'm talking out of my ass. We're just toast and I have to learn to accept it.
