Now that statement was applied to the elite Sadducees priests, but seems to imply that the Pharisees supported them, with three of those being supported by modern Christianity, then “Oral Torah” lumped in for some reason.
Absolutely screams early Hegelian tactics on somebody’s part. Then the Pharisees opened the gates to the Romans?? Was this an Occupy Wall Street situation? Legitimate protestors pushing legitimate things, then AntiFa shows up calling themselves the same thing, completely hijacks the movement, media puts them on camera and makes the whole thing look ridiculous, hedgies watch the whole thing from their patios while sipping wine and laughing before going off to cash another check.
