One of these things is not like the others—it's biological.
If a person has both testicular and ovarian tissue; or sex chromosomes other than XY and XX, like XYY or XXY; or genitalia that fit the typical male or female gender while their internal organs or hormones don’t; that is intersex, not a mental illness FFS. Those people are legit and do not deserve to be lumped in with delusional psychotics who think they're a shemale, a unicorn, or a pencil sharpener.

EDIT: The percentage of humans born without either XY or XX chromosomes is 0.003%. So, 99.997% are unambiguously male or female in gender, in every cell of our bodies, from birth through death, despite any sex fantasy story we tell ourselves, regardless of what gets chopped off or sewn on.
