How are Democrats supposed to make their insolvent programs and graft-filled money laundering scams work without the ability to print money?

I’d like to see what an honest, constitutional democrat program would look like. Could such a thing exist?

My best guess is that they’d be fully transparent, fully voluntary tentpole charities with auditable results enacted at the local level using published models with known inputs and expected output levels.
