OK here's the horrible truth .

...that the dogs had bags tied over their heads with sand fleas inside, and as they ate the dogs' eyes and ears (because SCIENCE!!!), the dogs naturally screamed and shrieked in agony so loudly that Fauci directed his staff to cut out their vocal cords.

She should have also included that Fauci is the highest-salaried US government operative, earning more than the president
