I don't think we want the judge to declare a mistrial just yet. If that happens, the case can and will be retried.

What we need is an appeal, this combined with no felony associated with the alleged crimes and end this shit show once and for all. They now want a mistrial as all the other cases are failing so they can re-run this farce all the way thru to election day.
